We borrowed liberally from 1212 E. Fillmore St. in designing this property, which reduced our design costs and time. Again, each duplex unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a total of 1,000 sq feet of living space apiece. The master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and good-sized closets.
