This single story, 2565 square foot home includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It also has a standalone 230 square foot casita, which makes it easy to host guests. The two car garage is also standalone, with plenty of storage. 

We built this house using structural insulated panels (SIPs) to maximize energy efficiency, and it may be the most energy-efficient home in all of Phoenix.  The home incorporates tankless water heaters, energy-efficient heat pumps, LED lighting, and dual-insulated windows and doors to further enhance energy savings. In addition, we oriented the home on the site to maximize passive heating and cooling strategies, as well as distant mountain views. 

The house features wide-plank oak floors, marble tile in the bathrooms, high-end appliances and custom white oak cabinets.
